Policy Wayfinder is a trading name of Torrin Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Policy Wayfinder is an information tool that helps you understand your insurance policy documents. It is not a regulated financial advice service. The analysis provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice, a recommendation, or a legal opinion.

You should not rely on analysis from Policy Wayfinder when making decisions about insurance cover or when making a claim — always refer to your actual policy documents and contact your insurer directly.

Who can use Policy Wayfinder

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to use this service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

Uploading documents

By uploading a policy document, you confirm you are entitled to do so (i.e. it is your own policy). You retain ownership of your documents. We process them solely to provide the analysis service.

Analysis and accuracy

Our analysis is generated using AI and draws on the text of your uploaded document. It may not capture every nuance of your policy, and results may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify coverage with your insurer before acting on any analysis.

Payments

Where applicable, charges are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

You must not use Policy Wayfinder to upload documents you do not own, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Policy Wayfinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on analysis outputs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
